Orforglipron is a small-molecule GLP-1 receptor agonist taken as a once-daily tablet. It acts on pathways involved in appetite and food intake and can be taken without restrictions around food or water.

How do you take Foundayo™?
Foundayo™ is taken once daily. Swallow the tablet whole; do not split, crush, or chew it. It may be taken with or without food and water. If prescribed, your provider and pharmacy will give you exact dosing instructions.
What are common side effects of Foundayo™?
Common side effects include nausea, constipation, diarrhea, vomiting, indigestion, stomach pain, headache, abdominal bloating, fatigue, burping, acid reflux, gas, and hair loss. Gastrointestinal side effects may be more noticeable when starting treatment or increasing the dose and may decrease over time.
Who shouldn’t take Foundayo™?
Foundayo™ should not be used by people with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma, those with multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2, or anyone who has had a serious allergic reaction to orforglipron or another ingredient in Foundayo™. Foundayo™ is not recommended for people with severe gastroparesis. Tell your provider if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant, take other GLP-1 medications, or have a history of pancreas, gallbladder, kidney, or diabetic eye problems. Your provider will review your medical history before prescribing.
