Frequently asked questions
Everything about how TELI works, your treatments, and getting started.
Getting started
What is The Elysium Longevity Institute (TELI), and how does it work?
The Elysium Longevity Institute (TELI) is a physician-led telehealth program offering accessible, longevity-focused care built around personalized protocols. You start by answering a short set of questions about your health and what you're looking to address. An independent, licensed provider reviews your information and, if they determine it is clinically appropriate, prescribes a personalized protocol. From there, your treatment is shipped to your door by a U.S.-based, licensed pharmacy. You will have access to ongoing care through an online portal where you can see your order information and instructions as well as message your provider.
Who is eligible for TELI?
To qualify for TELI you must be 18 years of age or older, qualified for treatment based on the professional assessment by an independent provider, and located in a state in which we operate.
Treatments
What is a compounded medication?
A compounded medication is prepared by a US-based, state-licensed pharmacy for an individual patient pursuant to a valid prescription. Compounded medications aren't reviewed or approved by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality.
Who dispenses the treatment?
All prescription products are dispensed by licensed compounding pharmacies who uphold rigorous quality standards.
Are TELI's treatments FDA-approved?
Some are FDA-approved medications; others are compounded and aren't FDA-reviewed. Either way, a treatment is available only if a licensed provider determines it's clinically appropriate for you.
Providers & prescriptions
Who will my provider be?
Your care is delivered by independent, licensed providers experienced in longevity and metabolic health. After you complete your intake, you're matched with a provider who reviews your information and makes a clinical determination. If prescribed, your provider stays available to you throughout your protocol via your TELI portal.
What if I'm not prescribed?
If a provider determines that a prescription isn't appropriate for you, it won't be prescribed—and you won't be charged for it.
Can I message my provider?
Yes. If prescribed, you can message your provider through the TELI portal for questions about your protocol at any time.
What if I have a medical emergency?
TELI is not for medical emergencies. If you're experiencing an emergency, call 911.
Shipping & delivery
How fast will my order arrive?
If prescribed, your medication is dispensed by a U.S.-based, state-licensed pharmacy and typically ships within 3–5 days.
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is 100% free.
Does TELI service all 50 states?
We currently operate in all states except West Virginia, Kansas, New Mexico, Mississippi, and Louisiana. If you reside in one of these states, we are currently unable to serve you. We are, however, actively working to expand our services to more states.
Billing & plans
Is there a membership fee?
We do not require any membership fees.
Does TELI accept insurance for payment?
Services, products, and medications offered through TELI are not covered by insurance.

Yes, if you'd like to cancel or change your subscription, please do so at least 3 days before your next billing cycle via your TELI portal or by contacting us at [email protected]. Once your order is with our pharmacy partner, we're unable to cancel it, and you'll be responsible for the associated charges.
